The log shows that your "accuracy" ratio was 150%, meaning that your battery was discharging 50% faster than normal. The log shows that at between 92% and 91%, your battery lasted only 185 seconds compared to the usual 270+ seconds (note: your heavy usage drags down the average).

It also shows that from 97% to 91% took 19 minutes, 1 second, whereas your battery profile data suggests that same drop (97 to 91) normally takes 27 minutes, 23 seconds. That's 44% faster discharge than normal.

With that ratio in hand, BatteryBar takes it normal time estimate and multiplies it by that ratio to get the new time remaining: 4 hours 46 minutes.

As you use your battery with less power drain, that ratio slowly drops (it calculates over the last 7%).

I think part of this would be cleared up if people had a way to see the accuracy ratio, which is better described as the "power drain compared to average", so 100% is average, 150% is faster than average, 50% would be slower than average.
