I've had some problem with my BB, when i take out the charger the "battery" it's black, not blue, green, and yellow like it should, and when i click it, it says A/C and when i click it it shows percentage. when the charger is in it shows colors Blue, Green, Yellow.
anyone know what i should do? |

RE: issues BatteryBar v3.3.3
If the charger is connected, the batterybar should be blue if its charging, or black if the battery is full. You shouldn't ever be able to see green (discharging) or yellow (discharging, low battery) while the charger is plugged in because it should be charging, not discharging the battery.
Please follow the steps here to send me a log of what's happening: http://osirisdevelopment.com/wiki/Submit_a_bug_report |

RE: issues BatteryBar v3.3.3
Well the log you sent me is interesting. It appears that your battery is not reporting whether or not the A/C adapter is connected. The battery should report a status saying Online, Charging, Discharging, Low, or Critical. Your battery is not reporting those values, show its showing up as Unknown. Thus, BatteryBar doesn't know if the battery is actually discharging or not.
I've never seen a battery not report those values before. I'll have to look at what I can do to guess the status if the battery reports an unknown value. |
