License problem
Hello!
I recently purchased a license for BB pro. After a few weeks now something strange happend. Something went wrong with my computer settings but i could fix it. After that BatteryBar forgot my license key. When i reenter it it says that this key is already used on another computer, but thats not true. How can this be fixed? |

This can sometimes happen after BIOS updates on certain computers or if certain hardware changes are made on the computer, like replacing the hard drive. I'm working on upgrading the license system in the next version that will provide a solution to this.
In the meantime, you need to contact me by email with your license key so I can resolve the issue for you. The support email address is in the email you received with the license key. |

I have done a bios upgrade in the last few days and once again my machine is refusing to acknowledge the license key. I have tried sending you an email to batterybar@osirisdevelopment.com but it has bounced back as an unknown. regards, Troy |
