Didn't get what I paid for

I paid for the $17.95 protected permanent license. The link on the acknowledgment page said BatteryBarPro but when I installed the download it is not the pro version. Help. Thanks.

Larry, your purchase was processed around 12:00pm Eastern (GMT -5 hours). You should have received the email with your license key.

I too have been hit with this problem. I received the UpClick email but the key portion of the email was left blank.
