Cannot start BB
Jut downloaded latest version and now I cannot start BB. When I click it in panels menu, it doesnt show up, and also the tick nest to BatteryBar label is not shown. I just reinstalled .NET but still nothing, also tried some commands found on this forum but with no effect.

Thx for your reply

RE: Cannot start BB
It's possible that there was a problem during the install. Try running the uninstaller, reboot, and then reinstall.

Thumbs Up RE: Cannot start BB
well, problem was in profiles and settings. During uninstalation I chosen to delete profiles and settings. But next instalation shows in log some lines about old version detected and new instalation does not worked so I uninstalled, chosen to delete settings. but I have to manually remove them and install again. Now its working.

Bye

RE: Cannot start BB
i have exactly the same problem as seth.
I'm using Windows 7 32bit and the latest Battery bar free stable version.
When i right click on the taskbar/panels and batterybar, nothing happens.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled battery bar, but it doesn't show any lines about old files.
I also removed the folder completely, doesn't work.... Sad

Did it use to work and then stopped at a certain point, or it never worked?

When you installed it, did you get a prompted about deleting a file? The only issue I'm aware of that can cause BatteryBar not to work at all is, 1) You don't have the .NET Framework 2.0 (or higher) installed, or 2) You have a certain laptop that has a file forcing explorer to only use .NET Framework 1.1. The installer checks for both of those when it installs.

RE: Cannot start BB
It worked before to a certain point where i don't know anymore what i did.
I have .net framwork 3.0 installed.
And no, the installer/uninstaller doesn't show up any promptings about deleting files.
