In-depth review of Acer laptop power usage
A BatteryBar Pro user wrote an incredibly in-depth and informative review of power usage in his Acer laptop. Even for non-Acer laptops, the information is quite useful, and the methodology is great for other people wanting to test power consumption on their laptops.

I loved this article. I have Home Theater Installation guy coming over this weekend and I wanted to run all of my applications through my laptop and I was wondering how that would affect my battery life if I loaded the program that I bought on line to manage all of my audio-visual needs. In the article I found a few different ways to approach the issue without adding additional money to the already inflated budget. In short, the article lead me to a few other paths and now I know what I need to do.
