The blurb says that Hall's A Concise Anglo-Saxon Dictionary remains in print as of 2021. The article has been updated to reflect that this is true as of 2024; the blurb should thus say as of 2024, or just remove as of 2021 entirely. --Usernameunique (talk) 21:33, 1 June 2024 (UTC)

*... that cosplaying as a character from the New California Republic (flag pictured) could potentially lead to accidental arrest due to mistaken suspicion of carrying a bomb?
:This feels both awkwardly worded and like a somewhat misleading / exaggerated way to present something that the article mentions happening one time ever. Also, can an arrest really be called "accidental" just because the person was later cleared? I would reserve that wording for e.g. a situation where they arrested a different guy with the same name, etc. Overall I would suggest rewording the hook to:
:... that a man cosplaying as a character from the New California Republic (flag pictured) was arrested due to mistaken reports that he was carrying a bomb?

*... that Kooraban National Park provides a habitat for more than twenty endangered animal species, including koalas? A few problems with this one. First, the source says "Twenty species listed as vulnerable under the NSW Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 have been recorded in the park". According to our article Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995, vulnerable and endangered are two different things. Anyways I don't know if the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 controls these things in NSW given the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (NSW). Perhaps adding "in 2011" to the hook in the beginning of the hook, changing "provides" to "provided" and changing endangered to vulnerable would fix. *:If you want to change it, that's fine, but I think "endangered" can mean "threatened broadly"—whether the IUCN classes it as "vulnerable" or "endangered" or "threatened", it's still, in the general colloquial sense of the word, "endangered". To report an error in content currently or imminently on the Main Page, use the appropriate section below.

• Where is the error? An exact quotation of the text in question helps.
• Offer a correction if possible.
• References are helpful, especially when reporting an obscure factual or grammatical error.
• Time zones. The Main Page runs on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC, currently 03:46 on 2 June 2024) and is not adjusted to your local time zone.
• Can you resolve the problem yourself? If the error lies primarily in the content of an article linked from the Main Page, fix the problem there before reporting it here. Text on the Main Page generally defers to the articles with bolded links. Upcoming content on the Main Page is usually only protected from editing beginning 24 hours before its scheduled appearance. Before that period, you can be bold and fix any issues yourself.
• Do not use edit fully-protected on this page, which will not get a faster response. It is unnecessary, because this page is not protected, and causes display problems, because this is not a talk page. (See the bottom of this revision for an example.)
• No chit-chat. Lengthy discussions should be moved to a suitable location elsewhere, such as the talk page of the relevant article or project.
• Respect other editors. Another user wrote the text you want changed, or reported an issue they see in something you wrote. Everyone's goal should be producing the best Main Page possible. The compressed time frame of the Main Page means sometimes action must be taken before there has been time for everyone to comment. Be civil to fellow users.
• Reports are removed when resolved. Once an error has been addressed, determined not to be an error, or the item has rotated off the Main Page, the report will be removed from this page. Check the revision history for a record of any discussion or action taken; no archives are kept.
